Liza has spent the past several years training teachers through month-long intensive teacher training courses.  During that time while training teachers, she became aware that in order to practice yoga effectively you need much more than group led class.  She also learned the joy of working with students in a longer time frame

Liza offers private classes tailored to your individual needs.  Privates are an excellent way to take up a new practice or take your current practice further, and allow the benefits of the techniques to really sink in.  This format works best as a series, beginning with a consultation and ideally working toward helping you come up with a customised self-practice that you can do on your own, with guidance available as needed. 

Private class may include:

  • individually guided asana practice with adjustments
  • pranayama
  • kriya
  • meditation
  • suggested series for self-practice
